Barbara Lisicki
Barbara is a pioneer of Disability Equality Training, helping to develop new ways of approaching the issue that are based on a model that is both useful and practical. She is a post-graduate trained teacher with a background in youth work, lecturing and local authority and government policy work. Ten successful years on the stand up comedy circuit have made her ready to take on most challenges and she brings a sense of the absurd to Equals Training, which she believes is an essential quality in running any business. Angela Salway
Angela brings mental health expertise that is unique and unparalleled in the sector to the work of Equals Training. Her achievements in user-led research and individual and collective advocacy have consolidated a reputation for excellence which she now applies to the field of training and development. Angela has led the company in securing contracts which are breaking new ground in challenging stigma, discrimination and institutional practice, social policy and advocacy.

Nora Kirkwood
Nora is the organisational and administrative talent behind Equals Training. Her approach is methodical, analytical and efficient with a customer focus that guarantees training development and delivery of the highest standard. Her support strategies for individuals are thoughtful and empowering. Nora’s organisational and research skills are applied to ensure that our work is informed by the most up to date thinking in the disability and mental health sectors.

Anne-Marie Hannon
Anne-Marie’s early career in the commercial and retail sectors has given her a sound understanding of business practice. She changed direction following the decision to become a mature student and post-degree went to work in the third sector. She is the lead on volunteer recruitment and management in Equals Training and deals with all the human resources issues in a skilled and professional manner that has earned her a reputation for both fairness and sensitivity.
